BAMA vs. Texas A&M

Just curious as to the feel and thoughts y'all have for the most hyped game of the season.

From a BAMA fan: I liked Johnny M. through the Heisman race. I liked him until I realized he is a spoiled brat with serious issues. I am glad to see A&M doing well... I hope JM's behavior doesn't bite A&M in the end.

It is really cool to see this game the weekend after Bear's 100th Birthday (September 11).

I <think> BAMA is going to win, but it would not be a big surprise if A&M won. I'm hoping VT's defense is better than advertised, and with how poorly A&M's defense has performed in the first two games, look to see BAMA's offense rebound. BAMA's defense is much better than A&M's other two opponents.

My News & Advance "U Pick Em" prediction (coincidentally) happens to be the same as Phil Steele's.

BAMA 34, A&M 20

What say you?

Is it possible for both teams to lose? No? Then let's have a scoreless tie.

A and M wins......because they already dodged their NCAA violation and Bama will have to 'vacate' all wins for the last 25 years :D That way ND can say they were National Champs last year! See, it's all a Papal conspiracy.

Play. Of. The. Year. He just put himself back in the Heisman race. He is much more subdued this game which I credit to Sumlin. I bet they had a come to Jesus meeting and Sumlin wasn't afraid to bench him.

It was still the play of the year. I don't think his 95 yd T'D pass beat it. But he didnt do anything to hurt his repeat chances.

He also doesn't play defense. Terrible defense most of the day by A&M

Interesting take. I think AJ will do better in the draft than JM.

Two weeks ago my BAMA bretheren were weeping and nashing teeth: BAMA ain't got no offense. This week I'm sure it'll be BAMA ain't got no defense.

Thankfully the team has a little time to gel now before another serious test... Although the Ole Miss game is suddenly looking more interesting. :football
