I'll give them the Montana loss, at least they're a quality team, but A&T, really? Rough road ahead unless they get it together soon.

Recruiting is going to be tough in the future. I think a NC kid would rather play in the ACC or C-USA. Sounds like some of their fans are starting to get it.

NC will have 7 FBS schools when UNCC and App move up, I still don't see how App or UNCC think they will ever recruit against the big 4, ECU certainly hasn't been able to in state. At least in FCS they haven't been going against the others on the in state recruiting trail.

First off, Broadway is a great coach and A&T should never be overlooked as long as he is running the Aggies. But there is no excuse for App to be getting worked like they have the past two weeks.

And I believe it is recruiting against ECU that App State had in mind when they stepped up. Of course by joining the Sun Belt, they will be getting exposure in the Deep South where they can expand their recruiting base.

This is what makes the loss even worse according to the Winston Salem Journal..

A&T was scheduled as an easy win. This was supposed to be a cupcake. A&T didn't even have a spring game this year. A&T had 25 fewer players, and off the 55 kids they brought up from Greensboro, 25 were freshmen.

If you thought we were having a meltdown last night, you should check out the App State boards. Wow!

I used to see a lot of App State attire passing through the Greensboro airport, not anymore ...... Someone said they will be lucky to sell 15,000 tickets per game for the rest of the season.
