The most interesting thing about that thread is the avatar for Coastal89:

He drops by here from time to time and he's had that avatar over there at AGS a long time. But since they don't have avatars at CoastalFans anymore after the school went on its tirade about using its logos its less noticeable.
As for Chuck South finally spending some money on their stadium, it is about time. As the photos int he thread show they are SEVERELY lacking in football facilities down there. With CCU upgrading Brooks and building a new arena its good to see the Big South members finally stepping up.

agreed sly. CSU's stadium is like a bad high school stadium. it is indeed good to see our fellow big south members step up.

Though the CSU football program has been around for a while now, you can pretty much say the program really started when they hired Jay Mills and funded to the I-AA scholarship limit a few years ago...In all reality, the first decade or so of their history did nothing for them. As someone that lives only about 10 miles from the CSU campus, it is good to see that they are starting to take that program seriously (why field a sport if you aren't going to do anything to support it?).
