LU needs to be the first FCS team(maybe there is another FCS that has) to go this route? What do you say?

No, please God, no. I would much prefer it if we were super competitive and kept the same helmet, forever. Just stick an L & U on a white, blue or red helmet and let's go win. I hate that schools are embracing so many different uniform designs. Just a personal preference.

Love these new helmet designs. If I win the lottery tonight, I will buy us a few different types, maybe a different design for each home game.

As long as LU never wears anything that looks like the UMD state flag helmet, it's all good.

I am actually surprised that it has taken this long for the technology to be implemented on helmets. Frankly, I am a fan. I saw the new Baylor lids the other day and they are tight.

Other than the fonts (and why do they have two different fonts??), I like the ODU helmets.

Cooper Stencil and... ? Perhaps it's their own typeface? "Aim High" is reminiscent of Air Force... but not with an ARMY font.

Aim High has an illicit drug connotation doesn't it? Plus the numbers look like the ones they had from Rollerball. I do like the ODU logo/state of VA thing though.
