With the re-opening of the Louisanna Superdome I came across pictures of the facility repairs and upgrades here:

know-it-all Theisman said it would take a year or so to get this turf to settle in- until then, its gonna be like playing on a wet, muddy surface.

Assuming he's correct, I deduced that it was NOT the same stuff we bought.
