With Martinique upsetting Canada, and Panama currently beating Mexico, things aren't exactly going as they seemed they might.

Panama holds on. Wow.

Panama's constant injury faking made it hard to root against Mexico.

And to think that Mexico had homefield advantage in the Rose Bowl.

Scariest part is he probably won't make the WC roster.

Kudos to the US team for stomping on the teams they should the last few matches.

Yahoo sports says we beat ¨Los Ticos¨ Last I Heard, that was Costa Rica¨ Belize isn´t even technically a Spanish speaking country, although being in Central America it is spoken a lot there.

According to the infomercials it's a great place to buy a home, relocate and store your assets.

USA through to the quarterfinals. Once Cuba scored the US team woke up and ran off 4 straight to win comfortably. Wondo is really making a strong case to be the striker off the bench behind Jozy for the World Cup.

Enjoyed a game of golf today so I just skimmed through the DVR version of it. But it appears that USA was able to fight through adversity, without panicking and coming out on top. This team is really starting to fire up, but how will they fare outside CONCACAF? The friendly in Bosnia will be a good test.

Courtney Campbell is certainly letting them play, full contact soccer tonight. He's done well.

Dumb PK to give up there. With a 2-0 lead there's no reason to take out that guy.

It is worth noting that the USMNT haven't lost since I went to their game vs. Germany on June 3. Coincidence? Methinks not.

Klinsmann certainly has this team playing the best football I've seen, maybe ever from us.

Love how they continued to attack even with a big lead. That didn't use to happen.

And you were ready to give up o n him earlier and I believe I retorted that this is what the German team did under him before their run in the WC. Don't doubt me! :D

Stuart Holden is probably done as a potential national team player. It's a shame he's so injury prone as he's probably the best central distributor in the NT pool currently.

Poor Stu. His injury run is bizarre because it is always something different.
