Well time for the annual review of the winners and losers from the other part of Super Bowl Sunday that we all look forward to: the ads (which cost $4 million for 30 seconds this year)

Of course, I liked the "God Made A Farmer" Dodge ad the most, and especially the reading by Paul Harvey. Remember listening to him often when I was a kid. Also liked the shot of the nine-ish year old girl in the ad. That's my future daughter! Working hard I jeans and flannel.
Liked the M&M one early on. Leon Sandcastle was hilarious, too, I thought - though my wife couldn't figure out what was SO funny. Audi's "Bravery" ad made me chuckle, as did Hyundai's "Come back when you have a team." Cars.com's "Put Down the Wolf" was good, too.

I liked the God Made Farmers as but had in the back of my mind it was going to be a FarmVille commercial.
My wife liked the Clydsdale Budweiser commercial
I also liked the Bud Light reverse voodoo and the Wilem DaFoe Cadillac AD.

In addition to the ones mentioned above, I liked the Taco Bell commercial with the old people partying.

I saw the trailer for Oz: The Great and Powerful movie. That's really the only one I wanted to see. Didn't really pay attention to the rest.

I was surprised we didn't see a Liberty University commercial. Why not? If football isn't ready to get us nationwide recognition yet we might as well buy it with a Super Bowl ad. It would have been well worth the cost IMHO.

Gold Jerry. Gold!

The pro-military Jeep commercial was good, even though Oprah was doing the narration.
