Is this the dumbest question in ESPN history?

Yes.

This question, "How much do you blame Jay Cutler for RG III's injury," is so utterly useless it is causing me to physically lose brain cells by the second just contemplating how anyone could put those words together in that order and display it on national television. Blame Jay Cutler? As if Jay Cutler frowns and knee ligaments are shredded halfway across the country? Is everything in this country from RGIII's knee injury to the low approval rating of congress to the Kardashians somehow Jay Cutler's fault?

It is a question so ludicrously vapid, so unconscionably meaningless, that it makes any question ever asked about Tim Tebow on ESPN airwaves appear on the intellecutal level of string theory.

I don't even understand the question. What was the context?

I don't really get it either. But ESPN has just been a pillar of terrible lately it seems like. I was watching their football pregame a couple of weeks ago and I just feel terrible for anybody who has to watch that garbage instead of NFLN. All of those guys are just so unlikable. It starts with Chris Behrman and all the way down the desk. It's possibly the most awful combination of sports personalities that has ever existed.

Absolutely, it was Jay Cutler“s fault. 100% of the blame is on him.

Whoever wrote that article is pretty dense. They're saying, people's reaction to Jay Cutler not playing at the end of the game when he was injured is why RG3 was left in, not that Jay Cutler is actually responsible. I think it was the NFC Championship game 2 years ago against the Packers that Cutler went out and everyone felt he should have finished the game.

The title of this thread is an impossible question to answer.

My favorite ESPNism is the regularly repeated: "Nick Saban is the first coach to win TWO national BCS championships at TWO different schools," which is, of course, not true. He won ONE national championship at LSU and is the first coach to win A (singular) national championship at TWO different schools.
