I think showed that the Seawolves are not invincible. We can beat them if we play Liberty Football.

I'd like to think that, but we struggled with a team that is losing to Mid American Nazarene. Hopefully this was the week where things start rolling and we leave behind the idea of playing down to our opponent which has been Liberty football for too long.

FIFY- and hey, we haven't struggled in the last three halves!

I heartily agree. I saw Coastal play at App State, and was not really impressed. The Mountaineers were running all over them. Either Coastal improved drastically in their bye week, or SBU isn't quite as stellar as advertised. Either way, I think Liberty definitely has a shot at the BSC title...some stupid loss notwithstanding. Hopefully that curse has been broken though. I'm still *cautiously* optimistic. Go Flames!

I was surprised to see this one go down to the wire. Coastal may have shown that the gap between 1-2 in the conference is not as wide as previously thought. Maysonet still had over 200 yards rushing, though. I think that our tackling on run D has tightened up considerably in the last three halves. The Coastal game on the 27th should be a real test.
