Out of the past ten years, who would you argue to be the two most overrated teams at the start of every season?

Notre Dame has obviously been overrated. The second one is debatable. I went with Miami because most years they get ranked in the top 25 in the pre-season and drop out by the end of the year.

I went wt ND and FSU. ND should run away with this poll. THey are living on a reputation earned when most of us were little or even not even born.

Wow... our football team is in good company!

I am a Florida State fan and even I can agree they have been overrated it seems like every year. This year could possibly be their best team in years but I would much rather they start the season outside the top 10. I doubt they will thought.

Yeah, I had to pick FSU. Seems like every year they start around 15th and find a way to be average. I'll start buying them when they win the ACC. I would have picked VT simply for their early season struggles but they win the ACC about every other year, and even this past year when they didn't, they still made a BCS game. I kind of feel like Georgia should be an option too.

Hokies start every year as "one of the best teams in the country". They never really prove it though. The only reason they made a BCS game last year was because they were overrated. Full disclosure: I am a hokie fan.
