1st game of the Super Regionals and I was this close to begging Stony Brook to join the BSC as an all sport member and then the bottom of the 9th happened. Wow Stony Brook, just wow. Game going to extra innings.

EDIT: Top of the 10th, Stony Brook goes back up 3-2 on a solo HR. Bottom of the 10th, 3-2 count with 2 outs, and LSU cracks a solo HR to tie it. SB is not handling potential success very well.

After blowing the lead 3 times in the opening game, Stony Brook found a way to win and make it to the CWS. A 4 seed from a regional is basically a 13-16 seed making the elite 8. Kudos to what was a Division III school until transitioning to Division I from 94-99.

Congrats to Kent St. That's as tense a 9th inning I've seen in the CWS in a while.
