MLB Network is now showing the first of two games from Minute Maid Park in Houston as part of the College Urban Invitational.

Game 1 is UC Irvine vs Southern

Game 2 (8pm) is Texas Southern vs Prairie View

Anybody wanting to get a baseball fix, this is an early opportunity.

I saw them setting up the ballpark yesterday when I was downtown. It always seems strange going to these college tourneys at MMP and seeing the place so empty. But it is a thrill of a lifetime for many of these kids to play in the park.
