Who wins and how?

I've got Clemson keeping it close for 3 quarters and then VT running away with it in the fourth.

Aren't you a UVA fan outside of Liberty?

Logan Thomas is from Lynchburg. Guess who I'm rooting for.

Here's a hint sweat: I will be rooting for tech tonight because if they win they will likely be playing my 2nd favorite team in the Orange Bowl.

I really don't pay attention to what teams JBock likes.

At the start of the season, I thought he would be horrible. I was completely wrong. LT is a beast.

Not if LSU loses. :D

LSU has nothing to do with it.

If they lose, Oklahoma wins and VT wins, VT won't be in the Orange bowl. It's a lot to ask for but it's quite possible at the moment.

I've known Logan was going to be a beast from Day 1. But I probably got to see him a lot more then you did.

First of all if LSU loses, they will still be 1, maybe 2. I know you are high on the Holie kool aid but a 20 point loss to Clemson at home doesn't help.

Oklahoma St. lost to Iowa State. Not a good loss, but not a bad one.

Stanford lost to Oregon at home pretty badly.

So if LSU were to lose, I would personally still vote LSU number 1. How could they be 2 when they beat Alabama?

Also, the answer is I like West Virginia.

I know you're right but for today, I have to hope high.

Ah, so I take it that you're hoping to revenge 2005?

No, the rivalry has never gone away. WVU fans still want to play Tech, but Tech doesn't want to. They just loved the rivalry.

I grew up going to the WVU-VT games in Blacksburg every 2 years.

Yeah, I never got to see a WV game. But I know most of that is because Tech fans didn't want to go to Morgantown anymore. I don't think anyone had a problem with the game when it was in Blacksburg.

The WVU fans were rowdy. But I just despise Tech fans in general. They are the most arrogant ever. No offense. haha

That's because Tech fans are chicken! Scared of a little ole place like Morgantown! I mean UVa with their whine and cheese I could understand. But Tech is supposed to be full of rugged agriculturalists!

Oh, no. I agree with you. I'm not sure if I said it on here or not but I pull for VT, not VT fans. I can't stand them either. Somehow they get worse during basketball season.

From what I've heard, my friend got hit in the back of a head by a whiskey bottle. I think that would keep me from going back too.

I love Duke in basketball because I'm a true Duke fan. I pull for VT in football because I was in 4-H for years and they really helped our program. But, I know what you mean. I'd actually prefer the VT fan who pulls for Duke or UNC in basketball over the VT fan, who gets ticked off because they didn't make the tourney again.

From what you've heard! Please. You know how many people have " heard" of someone getting hit with something at a WVU game? Besisdes why was his head in the way of a person trying to clean up the garbage. Tell yOur friend to put on some big boy pants!

For the record, I remember a drunk wvu fan throwing his shirt down at the tech fans, and at the Tire bowl in 2009 a UNC fan threw a beer bottle at a 8 year old girl. Needless to say in our west virginian heritage, we used vigilante justice until security arrived :)

Hats off to Clemson, they came to play. Yes, the oficiating sucked, but that was not the difference in this game. Clemson effectively shut down Wilson and the run, and once Hosely went out the pass coverage went VERY soft.

As for WVU, do they still light the streets in Morgantown by sitting couches on fire?
