No one care about them this year?
Two Amazing games today, specifically the first, but I may be biased as a seahawk fan. But the last few minutes of jets/colts was great as well

I watched the 2nd half of the Saints-Seahawks game at an Epiphany party with a slew of Katrina refugees. My family was practically they only ones not wearing Brees jerseys. Everyone was in utter disbelief. Who knew their secondary was so awful? And why is it nobody even wanted to tackle Lynch on that run?

the thing ive been asking a lot of the nfc west haters is "tell me what nfc division had the most teams in the superbowl since 2000" for us fans of the seahawks, it was amazing, but not a miracle

I was rooting for Seattle, and i'm glad they won. It just shuts people up. If you win your division you SHOULD be in the playoffs. Once your there anything can happen just like any other league's playoff's. Fans have such knee jerk reactions. It's only happened once in NFL history that a team has won their division with a losing record, and these things are cyclical. In 2 years the NFC West could have the SB champ just like they almost had that honor 2 years ago.

Absolutely! Not so sure a 7-9 team should have home field, though.
The fact that the Saints and Colts both went down yesterday wasn't surprising. Never sensed that either team really had it going this season. Seems as if the Patriots do. Packers and Eagles should be interesting today.

I can see that point, but it's only happened once. If it becomes a trend I could see you changing the seeding once the playoffs begin based on record.
I'd like to see KC and GB win today. I can't stand Baltimore, and their "vaunted" defense that lives on reputation alone.

They really shouldn't have home field but it is what it is. That run by marshawn lynch was nothing we hadn't seen before as a bills fan week in and weekout when he's healthy. Just more stupid moves us bills fans have to endure on a yearly basis.

Wow. Jets 28 Patriots 21. Didn't see that one coming. As good as they looked today, as a Steeler fan I like the matchup with the Jets better.

I think that little band on his nose is too tight and it's squeezing his brain.

That's a "breath-rite strip" Cider. It actually opens your nostrils and helps you breath through your nose.
Bart Scott definately has anger issues, and quite possibly some clinical paranoia. They have medicine for that, but it would probably hurt his play.

Pittsburgh fans were going crazy about the Jets win. They were absolutely terrified of the Patriots.
I can't stand the Steelers or Jets, and I could care less about this Bears team. Go Pack, I guess.

I share your sentiment. I guess I hate the Steelers a little less, so glad they won. However, Steelers/Jets holds little appeal for me. I'll be rooting for the Pack.

I was born in Madison and my dad grew up on a dairy farm 25 miles from Green Bay, so I was raised a Packer Fan. My dad's brother, who lived in Appleton had season tickets and passed them on to his daughter and her husband when he died.
In the 9th grade, I moved to Pittsburgh. This was about the time I was really becoming a sports fan, and also the time Chuck Noll arrived, and what had been an absolutely awful franchise was turned completely around. It took a couple of years, but eventually the Steelers became my team, but I still loved the Pack.
That's the way it still is 40 years later. I really hope they play each other in the Super Bowl. I'll be pulling for the Steelers, but it would be a great day for me either way.
