Did anyone see Mark Cuban wants to do away with the BCS and start a playoff system. I sure hope he succeeds.

I doubt anything comes of this. Cubes is one of the last men the NCAA wants to have connections with in regard to any major changes. But it certainly helps the playoff concept gain attention. The concept of essentially bribing schools to commit to the playoff over the bowls is intriguing.

I know alot of people don't like Mark Cuban, but as a Mavs fan, I love him.

I think it's hilarious how both MLB and NCAA don't want to have anything to do with this guy, but he's revolutionized the Mavericks and they are consistently known as one of the best and most profitable teams in all of sports. He may a little acidic and off the wall, but it's what makes him the best owner in sports.

I couldn't think of a better person with deeper pockets to help fund something like this and if anyone can find the people and the resources to get it done, it's Mark. More than likely nothing will come out of this, but he helps to take away some of the excuses the NCAA has.

Well he is what...a multiBILLIONaire??? I figure he could put up a nice payout for everybody that is bigger than what these teams would be getting from the bowl system
