Apparently that 9 yard catch was a first down. They must have changed it during the timeout or something.

Oh well, still. Bucs win. Skins lose.

Further explanation.

Seems as tho people are saying that the chains weren't stretched out 10 yards on the first down play. So the 9 yard catch crossed the chains on the side of the field the refs checked, and they called it a first.
