Out for the season, again.

What is with the medical staff for the Trail Blazers, they have a fairly gloomy record when it comes to knees? Or is the franchise really just that cursed with knee injuries?
Oden already has had microfracture surgery on one knee, getting it on the other one now.
Joel Pryzbilla jacked up his knee and will miss what amounts to a whole season once he gets back thus year.
Brandon Roy's knees are beyond repair now and his days of being a franchise player are reportedly over (http://sports.yahoo.com/nba/news;_ylt=A ... uries11810).
Jeff Pendegraph suffered a torn knee ligament in the preseason and was cut.
Elliot Williams suffered a dislocated right knee cap that will require surgery.
Back when Darius Miles and Zach Randolph played there, they had issues with their knees.

Sad story. Not Oden's fault but I bet the kick themselves everyday for not taking Durant.

i'll still draft a big man over a 2guard. a pf/c who puts up 20/12/3 is a guy i want over a 26/6/2 guy. 4 years ago, there were like 5 good centers. the last couple years has seen and influx of bigman talent so its not as necessary to draft one.

greg oden is a turd though....i figured him to be a yao type of contributer. WRONG the only thing they have in common is health. 2 years ago he played but still didn't get it going. durant is one of the best in the league...

i'll draft the best talent then figure out what to do from there if I have a lottery pick, especially if it's a high lottery pick. already have blake griffin but the best talent is a PF at the #1 pick? i'm sure you'll have people wanting to make a trade for one of those PFs.
