Just in case anyone hasn't seen the rule changes this year, I think the pre-season is an apt time to get caught up.

Arguably, the most important rule change is being able to review the "down by contact" calls.

I think the roughing the passer change could end up being quite subjective. I'd be very wary of throwing that one out at a bad time, if I was an official.
