Over-rated.

One of the most frustrating games I've ever played. I guess I just don't "get it".

You basically have to go through a job and get fired before you understand how it works. The star rating system confused the crap out of me for at least my first couple years.

It is confusing at first. But it's also the closest Franchise/Dynasty to any real life sport. Madden and NCAA have no need to go deeper into their games, so every year you get the same bland pick up this guy, drop that guy, watch out for that angry football face!

it's also not made for the common fan. You can't play the games. Who wants to watch dots move around? Not everybody. But if you want a more life-like Manager role that deals with the media, player interaction, and agents, well this is it.

I love the media interaction and such. It's a lot of fun. It's the building a team thing that I don't get, since the ratings systems are almost useless. This one guy has good ratings but my assistant says he's not worth it, yet he tells me to sign a guy and then he never plays because he's not good enough.

And the amount of injuries is really frustrating, although I guess that's real life.
