What in the heck? Didn't see this one coming. I guess Sidney Rice will be back soon, at least the Vikings better hope he does.

If Moss makes it back to the Patriots, what a genius Bellichek will be. Getting a third rounder for Moss was highway robbery as it was and if they can get him back for a stretch run? Yikes.

The Pats are the last team in the waiver order. Moss would have to clear every other team in the league for them to get him, Not gunna happen, and despite his effusive praise for their organization, I'm not sure they even want him. They're doing just fine with what they have.

Whoever Moss signs with will be my new favorite team.

I have no doubt that he will probably clear wavers he is not worth 6+ million dollars that a team would have to pay him.

Trey Wingo tweeted that the Vikings would be on the hook for that, is that only if he clears waivers? Or is he just wrong?

Waiver Claim - If Moss is claimed, the Claimer is responsible for Moss' remaining salary. That's 3 Mil - Moss' 2010 Salary is 6 Mil, and we're halfway through the season. MATH!
If he clears waivers, Minnesota is responsible for the difference between Moss' new salary and what they had him for. So if he clears waivers and the Patriots sign him to the league minimum, NE pays Moss the minimum(lets say 250K), and Minnesota pays the rest(2.75M). If no one signs him at all, Minnesota pays him his remaining guaranteed contract.

but is 1 catch a game even worth 3 million?? I think not...teams would be smart to let him clear wavers

If he clears waivers, odds are he will end up in New England. The Jets will put in a claim.

No chance he clears waivers... He's a good WR still in his prime.

Titans picked him up off waivers. I like this. Especially since Britt went down with an injury. This will help the offense tremendously and give Young and deep threat and open some things up for CJ

Yeah, open up the corners and safeties that Randy was supposed to block but didn't.
If the Patriots didn't want him, I hate to break it to ya, but he's not worth it. For as much as people hate that organization, they're almost always right.

I was wrong..I really thought he would clear wavers...I don't think he is in his prime anymore...but he may just feel like showing up now just to prove everybody wrong

It could work....Fisher actually knows how to run a team.

VY is basically a better version of Daunte Culpepper. And he looked like a superstar for years with Moss and was actually garbage.
