This has been a stressful but fun/rewarding process this time around....so many things had to work out perfectly for this to happen. Asking around there are quite a few fans that are excited.

It changes quite a bit when you talk about prospects and future stars. Read a list of the players that have come through Myrtle Beach within the last 5 years. Very impressive list.

Good write up. It was something we had an eye on even before last year's winter meetings. Then it looked like the sale was going to fall through and not be approved so it looked like a lost cause, but sure enough it all unfolded just as predicted.

Hey shorty you mean the organization that happens to be the longest running in the majors? I think you might be scared you'll see us again healthy in the playoffs

The Braves won't make it past the NLDS. Now with Prado out, we're really hurting. We'll end up hitting AGon in the #3 spot while watching Derrick Lee swing at anything that moves.
Lowe is a wildcard. One day he looks like an ace and the next he's pitching like Rick Ankiel.

unfortunately this is probably all true. injury has KILLED us the last half of the season.
rocket- We've gone over why the braves can't get fans in the stands ad-nauseum... Can't help everyone who comes here for work brings their hometown teams with them.
