The debut of the Mike London Era in C'ville isn't exactly a grand party as the 'Hoos lead his old team from Richmond, 14-10 at the half.

Which sucks because Turner Gill is an awesome guy. You will not find a better guy who lives his life as Christ would.

Seeing as KU dropped #15 GT today 28-25, would we like to revisit this statement? Perhaps it says more good about NDSU than it does bad about KU. Given todays results for FCS vs FBS, I'd say we could have 1, maybe even 2 FCS schools ranked in the top 25 this coming week. (I think JMU gets in and possibly NDSU)

Perhaps you'd like to revisit that statement knowing that NDSU lost to Northern Iowa.

Easy there TTL, Matshark is just a big fan of the transitive property (yes, I know that doesn't work in sports...trust me, I've been on the wrong end of it not working).

So then, here's the AP top 25...
2. JMU
3. Boise State
....
13. NIU
14. NDSU
15. Kansas
Right?

The fact that Kansas bounced back with a very nice win over GT doesn't change the fact that losing to NDSU was "not a good start".

Was just using the transitive property.

I'm happy because one of our former coaches is on staff at Kansas.

Yeah didn't he go when Gill was still in Buffalo? I just can't say enough good things about Gill doing things the right way and yes I'm partial cuz I'm from Nebraska.

Yeah. He was at Buffalo for a year and then Coach Gill took him to Kansas with him.

JMU getting big face time right now on ESPN's Outside the Lines...
...but moreso just for raining on Boise State's parade.
Seems like everyone is looking at this much more negatively toward VaTech than positively in favor of JMU. So, if JMU loses, will it mean as much outside of central VA?

It won't mean anything to most of the nation but it will mean a heck of a lot to the kids LU and JMU are trying to recruit.

It will mean more than the BSU win to those in FCS circles.
