I was wondering if any of our flamesfans know of anyone selling a single ticket to the DUKE / ALABAMA football game. I am a lifelong BAMA fan / "Mr. Mom" / Seminary Student who would love to watch the Crimson Tide beat the bejesus out of some Blue Devils. I promise not to make a scene at the game...

Craigslist works pretty well for tickets.

Hahaha.....JDUB is about the only real dook fan on here (in that he actually cheers for dook football as well). Most of the others are bandwagon fans. You can send him a PM. He might know something.

Also, you can pick them up right outside the gate for $10. Watch dook lose a few games there & never paid more than $10 for a ticket...sometimes they were free.

Duke will be 2-0 when this game rolls around on Sept 18th... Alabama will fill the place out cause its the cheapest ticket that they can get all year... PM me your e-mail address.. I live down here in the Triangle..

Didnt they make everyone buy season tickets to get a ticket to this game? I remember something about that, maybe you told me that GMTM. I just remember it was cheaper for them to buy season tickets then to buy a one game ticket or something

For Alabama fans it was cheaper for them to buy a season ticket and just get rid of the other tickets....Duke was smart (Shocking I know) to only offer the game in a season ticket package... From my understanding their season ticket sales are up 400%. You coming down for the game? One of my good friends has the biggest tailgate with over 250 plus people and 4 big screens with DirecTv...

It is pretty standard for schools with no fanbase to force other schools' fans to buy a season package to gett he one game they want. They did that for years at Rice for when Texas would come to town to play in their 70-thousand seat stadium where they average 10-12k for most games. But the game was moved to Reliant Stadium where you can now buy individual tickets.

I understand throwing a friend a bone, but how on earth could Alabama have allowed a road game to Duke to ever occur?
