So I don't know if anyone has heard about this but i'm watching the BC Qb Shinske, he apparently went in the MLB draft right out of high school and has now come back to go to college as a 25 year old. looks pretty good for a 25 year old guy as a freshman qb who hasn't played football in 7 years

Yeah, your right. The VA Tech game was only his second road game, and the whole team look disinterested in playing.

The VT game was a joke. No one on the BC O-line decided to leave Chestnut Hill, and it showed. He had NO time, I'm pretty sure every pass was disrupted to the point where he was just putting the ball out there so he didn't get killed.

Ya seeing as that was Shinskie's first start away from Chestnut Hill (he played co-QB w/ Tuggle until Tuggle decided to transfer), I'd say I'd give him a teeny bit of a pass on that game. I mean the whole team was horrendous. But ya back on point, He's progressed really nicely for a guy who hadn't played a meaningful football game in 6-ish years. Still has a lot to learn and will have competition for next years starting job, BC has an Under Armour All-American QB coming in for next year, but I think he could be a Very good QB for BC.
