BYD, im in 100% agreement!

although, i'm sure the states could take a 10th amendment end-around on the issue

lets say that all D-1A publically funded schools in state X would be required by law to partake in a football playoff should they be invited by a national collegiate sports organization. (The NCAA being the only such organization that I know of). you have states start to pass that law and voila! bye bye BCS, hello intact Constitution!

certainly no need for the Federal Government to get involved...what with all of their inventing money out of thin air, trying to take over the health care industry, outlawing the creation of CO2 and all of their other "urgent" issues to fix.

Fact checker: FWIW, off the top of my head, the NAIA and NCCAA still exist.
