A Sea Of Red

A guy walks into a bar wearing a Redskins jersey, and carrying a cat that also has a Redskins jersey on with a little Redskins helmet on his head, too.

The guy says to the bartender, "Can my cat and I watch the Redskins game here? My TV is broke and my cat and I always watch the game together".

The bartender replies, "Normally, cats wouldn't be allowed in the bar, but it's not very busy in here right now, so you and the cat can have a seat at the end of the bar. But, if there's any trouble with you or the cat, I'll have to ask you to leave."

The guy agrees, and he and his cat start watching the game. Pretty soon the Redskins kick a field goal and the excited cat jumps up on the bar and walks down the bar and gives everyone a high five.

The bartender says, Hey, that's pretty cool! What does he do for a touchdown?"

The guys answers, "I don't know, I've only had him for 3 years."

HA!

Why are the Redskins and possums alike? Both roll over and play dead at home and get killed on the road.

I would say there is a 9% chance that will happen. Way too many guys hurt and Portis couldn't run through humidity if he wanted to.

Portis isn't playing AND the Broncos are playing on a short week after a beat down by the Steelers. If there are any wins left this season, it's this one.

And Betts hasn't been practicing because of an ankle injury. Rock Cartwright may be getting his first start on Sunday, with the backup being a guy they cut two weeks ago and just re-signed, Quinton Ganther. I wish they still had Marcus Mason on the roster.

I'm thinking the Broncos will get 5+ sacks in this game. It could come down to turnovers.

my thoughts are the wash def is good enough to overcome the bronco's bad offense. teams will base their planning off of balt/pitt. bring a safety or both of them in. orton can rarely spread the field. fill the gaps shut down the run game and try and make orton win the game. if wash can get a lead by 1/2 time orton will have to try and win the game by throwing the ball 5 yds down the field. you have to umbrella royal/marshall as if they break free its game over.

as far as offense...its going to be tough...but if they can score or at least put up pts and keep the denv offnese off the field wash can win

the reason why i thought they'd win didn't come out right technically....they shut down the pass in the 2nd quarter but only because simms is rrrrrrrrrealy rusty.
