NFL: Week 1

Distribution maps:

CBS
FOX - Early game
FOX - Late game

I don't get the Dallas/TB game shown here. The Philly/Carolina game should be much better and make more sense geographically speaking.

They always show Dallas around here if the 'Skins aren't playing at the same time.

I'll just watch the soccer games at school instead of watching these junk games.

Its times like this when I wish I was a student so I could go to someplace on campus and watch something OTHER than the Cowboys or the Redskins

I'm not there anymore, but 3 or 4 years ago when i lived on campus i went there every sunday. they showed every game. are there still like 6 tv's in there? you should get the game there on direcTv if you get there early enough to reserve it

k. thanks for the tip. that being said i wont be able to watch the first half of the game anyway, since i work tear down crew for campus church (which now is at 11am) for CSER, and then lunch at the rot, although i could eat at the clubhouse too with meal points... (man, those east kids have everything)

NFL Redzone is a pay channel. That's retarded. Who would pay for a channel that only broadcasts for 8 hours a week?

what sucks is when your a seahawks fan, because you dont even get the decency of a highlight most times, just the score at the end of the highlights.

My Sunday afternoon during the NFL's Week 1:

Watch Cowboys and Eagles dominate. Uggh.

Then, my Redskins give me hope with a valiant comeback, only to fall flat and dash my hopes for a 1-0 start.

Then I fall asleep in the 3rd quarter of GB-Chicago.

Lastly, I married into an Eagles family. What was I thinking?!

yeah. It almost makes me feel better about the Bengals game. Almost. At least the Bills scored a bunch of points though.

I do some chaplain work at the hospitals on Monday morning and I think I had more people tell me how sick they felt over the Bengals loss than the actual illness that had them in the hospital.

I get a small taste of what it's like to be a Bengals fan each week, pulling for the 'Skins for so long, but I can't imagine what it must feel like to be an actual Cinci fan.
