I think he will fit in just fine.....if he can still pitch. He says he still likes his Met teammates and the fans there...but added....

I think it's a good move for the Phillies. I'm frankly surprised that more players and more teams aren't doing the entire 'stars on prorated salaries' thing.

Roger Clemens extended his career for years doing that. I think Tom Glavine could have done the same, but he tried to tough it out for an entire year.
