Hey ESPN, that's for the heads up idiots. I was watching ESPN2 for about 15 minutes before I realized Poker wasn't going off the air despite the listings indicating otherwise. I was gonna DVR the beginning and go check out some old cars at LU. Good thing I changed my mind.

Go USA.

I can't beleive Davies screwed that one up. He had everyone beat. It's funny, I had a post written out about how crappy they were playing and were on defense too much and then I had edit it to 1-0

Nice card there. That was a little blatant. I'm surprise he argued it.

The US has come out 180 degrees different than the last time they played Brazil.

I just keep watching the clock. IF the US can hold on to this lead, I have no doubt FIFA will make sure there is more than enough stoppage time for their love child, Brazil.

GOOOOOAAAAAAAL!!!!

Amazing run. Amazing, amazing run. Took advantage of Brazil's weakness, and ran the counter attack perfectly.

I don't watch much soccer...but this is unreal...I can't believe the US is playing well in a match that matters

If this can carry over until the WC, the US might be able to contend.

Very very good first half. The US needs to stay out of the trap by staying back on D. One more goal for them should seal it.

That was way too easy. D was caught flat footed.

Seriously, are they resting on their laurels? Awful D.

What is going on?! Where's the attack? This entire half has been in the US's box.

US just got some huge help from the refs, ball was in on the replay. lets see if the US can hold off Brazil for another 30

It was closer than that one angle suggests. The whole ball has to cross the whole line. It was really close, but it probably was just over.

Howard cannot do this for another 20+ minutes! Get possession of the ball they keep just clearing it.
