If anyone is looking for something to do tonight, LC is hosting Ferrum in a 6 PM game at City Stadium tonight. Admission is FREE, and it should be a great night for a game!

You could have gone all day without saying that....
....anyhow...the Groundskeeper at the stadium ruled the field unplayable, in spite of his best efforts all day long. Thus, no game.

Sounds like LU has a much better field than City Stadium.

A big issue is that the field was left uncovered for the badly-needed rain.

Ask Toman about that! He swears there is a spring under the field...he says he'll put the tarp on and take it off and there is more water under it then there is on top of it.
Let me know if you want to come up to the box fumble we're going to open it up

I may well do that.
LC may get a game at the stadium coming up when they play Hampden-Sydney.
