Former Coach Dale Layer is what appears to be the #1 assistant for Marquette and they are about to take down LUconn's boysssssss
If his son had some time left to play I think they'd edge them out!

Yes he did earn it! Cause I would like to know how Price is still in school and on the team.. He has been arrested a few times.... Great player but at "most" schools he wouldn't be on the team, much less in school... Not hating, just saying...

He was arrested one time. That doesn't automatically dismiss a player. Just as Ty Lawson.

No its just a common tact when a fan base feels inferior. Problem is every school has its fair share of players who were given passes.

Good clip on SportsCenter of Coach Layer consoling Dom James when he was on the bench after getting hurt. Can't wait til Coach Layer gets another shot at being a head coach... I will have a new favorite team when he does.

Marquette held Saint Johns to only TEN points in the first half. Lowest ever in the history of the Big East Tourney.
They were 3-22 from the field.
