I was hoping Wake would stay unbeaten so Duke could do the honors.

I think you will get your wish. A 10 point defecit at the half not that much. Wake is a better team.

Props to the Hokies as they have withstood a couple of mini-runs by Wake, and are still up 8 with about 7 minutes left in the game.

Hokies win 78-71 in spite of multiple missed free throws down the stretch. No more undefeated teams in D1.
