Great FCS matchup tonight on ESPN2 at 8:00. If we make the playoffs we have a good chance of playing either one of these teams.

The Terriers certainly earned our respect with what they did to Elon.

Good matchup indeed. And we could easily play either team provided we win out.

Whom do we need to pull for?

I'm pulling for App St because Elon would still have a chance to beat App and there would be a 3 way tie for 1st in the SoCon. I'm not sure their tie breaker procedures though. Either one doesn't help or hurt us though.

In this game... I would pull for no injuries. Both these teams seem set to make the playoffs, and so we just need them to both win out and not give someone else, like GaSo, Furman, or Elon, a quality win.

First 7 mins of 1st quarter, 14-14, both teams lacking defense at this point of the game

They just listed a guy as a freshman, but said he blocked the FG against Michigan last season.
How's that work?

Medical redshirt after the Michigan game?

That's the only thing I could think of...

Woffords not looking so good.

Wow -- 42-14 in the 2nd quarter. Looks like I missed the good quarter of this game. Appy State is looking good.

If Wofford loses, will this help Elon move up in the polls.

WHOLE
LEE
KRAPP!
App State is making a statement! That QB has a dad-gum hose on him (proof as evidenced by a 60+ yard IN THE AIR pass he completed).

I really hope we don't have to go to Boone the first round

Boone or JMU...I would rather go ANYWHERE instead of sitting at home.

Unless we host a first round game. And it is not as crazy as you might think even if we are the last team let in.

Give me JMU...we have a history and those who've been around in the 90's and early 2000's we're kinda bitter the way they handled scheduling LU

Great point, Sly. The way we pack the place would go a long way towards buying a playoff game.

I think we would go to JMU before we'd go to APP, but who knows. I just hope we get in, and we'll worry about the team then. Boy did APP look good though.

We'd barely have 9000 for a playoff game.
