That's such BS.

Adam "Pacman" Jones has been arrested six times and involved in 12 incidents requiring police intervention since being drafted in 2005. He was suspended from February 2007 to August 2008.
Meanwhile, Chris Henry is serving a 2 (or maybe 4) game suspension for getting arrested and then charges being dropped.

Is there any question Goodell treats small market teams different than the large market teams? You can be the crackdown guy on the league image if you want commish, but lets treat everybody equally.

I have no problem with his reinstatement. He did his time last year. He has not been convicted of any crimes, right? Let's hope he gets his act together. BTW, I'm a Skins fan and hate the Cowboys.

His reinstatement is at the discretion of Goodell. Odell Thurman was suspended for 1 year for failing 1 drug test and skipping another. The following year Goodell decided not to reinstate him and told him to wait another year. You have to be consistent.

The Thurman situation has no relation to the Pacman situation in my opinion. He failed a drug test, skipped another then was arrested on drug charges.
