“What’s neat about it is that he understands what he has,” said Tarazona, who had to grow up fast living in the ghettos of Miami, Fla., before graduating from Liberty University and opening Tarazona Tobacco and Coffee, Inc., in nearby Wyndhurst. “He understands the opportunities that are before him, so to get in trouble, it’s not worth it. Logan is a guy, he’s almost always going to do the right thing. He just is. He just knows better.”
Oh the irony, LOL
(note: I have nothing against opening a tobacco store or anything like that, but I imagine that there are a few sticklers at LU who are probably frowning on that line)

I think his sister or a relative played volleyball at LU according to the reader's comment

His mother Kim. She went to school with me. She was a great player too. His Aunt played volleyball at JMU and his uncle Charles McCray was a record setting running back during the Morgan Hout era. Charles still looks like he can ball too. Great family. I know there is another thread on this but I had to answer that question.

Charles was always good for a few laughs, too.

Ha ha, Eddie Tarazona lived in my dorm my freshman year. He would hang out in my room all the time. It makes me laugh because Eddie is probably about 5'5" tall at best. He is a nice guy, I just can't picture him standing next to this kid. This kids grandparents are the "Thomas" in "Reber/Thomas dining hall" aren't they? I talked to Eddie about a year ago and I was under the impression he married into that family. I didn't know he had a stud football player for a step son! Eddie is a HUGE Hurricane fan, I wouldn't be surprised if he tries to sway him that way.

No, he values his marriage too much for that. Mom wants Logan close to home.
