The Bengals have no pass rush without Odom. They now cannot stop the pass. Unless Michael Johnson channels Javon The Freak, it will be a long remainder of the season.

So Bengals fans, question. Redskins offensive line really sucks. They signed Levi Jones today, who was good at one time, but then got beat up by Joey Porter's homo squad. Is he a good pickup?

He's super fast feet. The exact kind of guy that can handle athletic pass rushers like Dwight Freeney. He actually completely handled Freeney on his own a couple of years ago when the Colts were at their peak. He had to have his knee scoped a few times and I don't think he ever fully recovered. He got beat on a regular basis. So if he ever gets back to 100%, he's a probowler.

We recently got Brian Leonard in trade, and its turning out to be a good one so far. This is 2009 weve made a lot of good offseason moves. So i think Mr. Brown will try something out.

We may have dropped another game to the Bungles today but don't fall asleep or get too comfy only a 2 game lead with 7 to play, it's unfamiliar territory for Cincy at the top of the Central..

I will say that their schedule fits up nicely so the Bengals are in the driver's seat with games remaining against the Raiders, Browns (trap game?), Lions, Chiefs, and Jets.. @ Vikings and @ Chargers are only real tests I can see.. time will tell!

Thoughts on us signing Larry Johnson?

I personally love this signing if it happens. We would be signing LJ for the leagues lowest allowed salary. So if he messes up once he's out of there for next to nothing. I mean we gave Cedric Benson a second chance and look how that turned out.

Imagine if LJ returns to his old self and when Ced gets healthy again. Can you say sick backfield on every play. I would need a bucket underneath me during each game because I wouldnt be able to stop drooling haha.

Low risk, low reward. I think Benson is fine so barring a future injury he would just stay deactivated. Decent insurance policy though. I'd like to see Leonard get more carries if Benson is out though. He doesn't really get a chance to run it.

I was born and raised in southern Ohio. It's been so long that I have no idea how to root for a winning football team. I hope I can figure it out by the end of the season. Anyway, I'm really enjoying it right now. I remember wearing a Bengals sweatshirt in Krogers here in Lynchburg a couple of years ago and a guy came up to tell me how much guts I must have to wear the shirt in public. Ah, good times!

Hamilton, Ohio. Almost walking distance from Cincy. Went to a lot of Reds games, but have never been to a Bengals game. I always felt somewhat deprived. A little depressed about the one that got away yesterday. Between LU and Cincy, it's been a depressing weekend. At least Ohio State pulled out a win.
