You schooled me last year on a bad trade. But it was my fault anyway for believing in Tommy Hanson.

I was just offered (in another league) Brian Roberts and Huston Street for Mariano Rivera. After pinching myself, I am strongly considering rejecting the offer...good idea?

If you are in need of a second baseman, maybe consider it but who knows with Roberts. He's supposed to be off the DL by the weekend but chances are, with his history, he'll be back on it in a few days. Rivera has several more saves than Street but my rule is never to worry too much about which relievers I have. I usually go with three closers and get what I get. It seems to work. I'd say if you need a second baseman, do it and hope he stays healthy. If not, no reason to do it.

Congrats to Team Prototype and Fincastle Fanatics for making it to this year's final. Tough competition in the semifinals all the way around. It's difficult to win these things. I've had the best regular-season record three years running but haven't been able to win the title. Next year... Anyhow, good luck guys.

I had a really bad week for the playoffs. unfortunately. oh well. I think i'm gonna be 4th? if i win this week? I don't know how those standings will split.

I was late getting to the draft and it auto picked jose reyes and jay bruce for me . Bruce worked out but a miss that high hurts. Struggled to find reliable hitting all year with reyes mccann and giancarlo hurt so much. I wasnt even close to defending my title this year haha
