I don't know what the trade was, but a veto should only happen in cases of collusion where one player is obviously dumping players to another team. I've been playing fantasy football for 10+ years now and I've seen maybe 3 trades get the veto in all that time. It should never be done just because a trade may be a little lopsided or one guy got taken advantage of. Again, I don't know the situation, but if it wasn't collusion it should have gone through.

Are the waiver settings the same as last year? Not being able to pick up a player until Tuesday seems dumb, especially if they lock after a game starts. I mean, everybody who played last night can't be picked up for 5 days? Seems crazy to me. My other leagues have 1 or 2 day waivers. Just checking to see if something changed because I don't remember that from last year.

Idk if a trade got vetoed, I wrote on the message board asking where the veto button even was because it doesnt seem to be an option. I think it's retarded that BJ is trading away top tier players for crap and wanted to express my annoyance by hitting deny, didnt think it would actually get vetoed.

And yeah, the waiver wires are crap. If you actually watch the games, see whos doing good, research before games, all of that, you shouldnt have to wait 5 days so that someone else can come on and see that a lot of people are adding a player and they get them and you dont.

A League:

I have decided to eliminate waivers and every player that was not already on waivers is now a free agent so in short...have at it. All players already placed on waivers will be available on September 9. That way if a player is dropped, if someone else wants him he can pick him up right away. What this also does is it will add an element of strategy to player drops during the week as well (except for major injuries)

Commish has been working 50 hours a week the past few weeks, and no longer will commish anymore leagues
