Serious question:

I have seen many players over the years fizzle when they get into college

Was he ever a college coach? I wouldnt know this but I skimmed over stuff and didnt see any college anything. I could be extremly wrong and thats fine I am just wondering

He's been a college coach now for over a year, so he's seen it as a coach. He also played at PC, so he could have seen that as a player. Furthermore, Willy Korn wasn't the only kid who's ever gone from Byrnes to play college ball, so Bentley probably knows how his former players made or failed to make a successful transition.

I think Coach Bentley could do some good things at PC here even in these first few years. Do I want our boys to beat PC? Oh of course...and soundly so. But I hope to see Coach Bentley and his boys continue to make strides as they continue in FCS
