there was a meeting earlier in the week about hard work blalbahblabhablh and the team was presented a tent stake as a symbol of that. somehow that stake made it into the lockerroom and one of those kids slammed it into the field trying to fire up the guys. The d hung tough for quite some time until just not being able to hold on the entire game and it got out of control.
this whole thing is preposterous. People talk about recruiting and how good hoke is at it. which he is pretty good. but development is pretty much nada. but to throw a spike in the turf of the "he's good at recruiting". MSU is the island of misfit toys even so today. 6 wins in 7 years isn't going to change that. that team is full of straight up MI studs who didn't even get a sniff from Michigan and every year it’s a straight up grudge match. Mich/OSU is the greatest rivalry arguably in sports or was. its at least top 5. But this one is more important in Michigan. Brady may have recruited better players than Dantonio the last 4 years but hes not been able to whip them into the players they can be or motivate them like dantonio can. Dantonio whips those guys into a frenzy because they were overlooked by big bro. and look at those teams. MSU recruiting classes have avg'd like 33 or something in the nation the last handful of years. but are usually ranked top 15 by end of the season. that’s coaching.
we've had two 4 stars already decommit.
michigan will get beat by 2 of the next 3 games and then absolutely demolished by OSU at the shoe.
