XM will still have NASCAR next year. both services tag-team on some channels. my reason for having XM is for ACC sports. if you are travel alot on sundays sure sirius is great for the NFL, but if you like baseball or hockey XM is where you go. XM too has fox news and espn news, and espn radio, fox sports, sporting news radio, and plenty of comedy channels. they also have big-10 and pac-10 sports.

I am big XM fan, the College Sports is great and so is having all the MLB games.... Plus the nothing better than the O&A virus!!!!

huge hijack here- may actually be a record- but I need to point out that O & A are HORRENDOUS and predict they will be off the air in a year.

I doubt that... they signed a big deal with XM and they have a nice deal with CBS radio that they signed in the winter... Stern basically ripped them to shreds for that move....

ok, go to the courtyard for continued satellite radio talk. JPJ Arena is getting some quality acts that richmond or roanoke would usually get, and having SMG manage the arena seems to help draw those names in.

I agree with you Smoothie.... and when you think about it... C-vill is a happy meeting point now for the big acts..... i.e only an hour to a hour and a half drive for people in Lynchburg, Roanoke, Richmond and the NOVA people... really makes sense from a Geo standpoint... The only thing that I will miss is not being able to sit courtside for the UVA men's games, now they have us like in the corner, but O well
