will be interesting to see how the rays respond. this loss has to be absolutely devastating. they had the win in the bag going into the bottom half of the 7th and simply committed one of the biggest single game choke jobs in baseball history. not only did they choke, they allowed a sleeping beast in Ortiz (heck the whole lineup actually) to finally break out of the slump.

i had a bad feeling, as a sox fan, about this series from the very beginning. for some reason I just knew the sox weren't going to win it, so at least i'm not crushed about it now

I don't need you to be my filter.... You can't honestly sit here and say that you didn't think the Bo Sox were going to lose game 7 after what happened in games 5 and 6... Give credit to Price who is going to be a force as a starting pitcher in this league... Lester's streak of having never lost back to back starts was very impressive until it was broke last night... Could care less about the W.S now.. But just for the heck of it Go Philly!!!

haha..not trying to be a filter, though you probably need one!! haha.....it seems more times then not when you run your mouth and guarantee a win, it doesn't happen...I really thought the Red Sox had it, but nothing is a sure thing and I refuse to run my mouth until the game is won...that is the difference between you and me i suppose...

it was a great game, and the Rays are just the better team....this year
