No need to worry, I am being told he is going to Oregon.St... he looked at Cincy and UCLA... which are all really far from West Springfield, VA.... The Beavers work on quarter schedules and he can start class on Monday when there 2nd quarter starts for fall... He is trying to get a red-shirt and should get it since he didn't compete in more than 20% of the teams games... Had he played at Uconn he would have been screwed from that standpoint, so he should really thank Littlepage since it was his call not Al's...

He is still going to have to sit a season...unless like basketball mid-year transfers...he can play after missing the first 3-4 games next year.

The school would have to petition for the redshirt...and do you really think UVA would do that for a kid they booted??

From what I am being told, the main kicker for him going to O.ST is because he will not have to sit out next year... He would have gone to Cincy instead if that was the case... Not saying your wrong, but that is coming from Lalich

If he enrolled in time, I believe he should be eligible at this point next season. Yes, this season will count against his eligibility. But he the year he would be enrolled at OSU would count as his transfer year. Most athletes don't transfer this early in a season so it doesn't come into play very often.
