If you want to talk ASUN smack or ramble ad nauseum about your favorite pro or major college teams, this is the place to let it rip.

The local paper also said VA Tech's Foster got one, too, at $900,000 per year.
Great job by Marshall. I still wish he was at a real University in the State! it would be a coup if you could join the Big XII too!
Foster is still under paid. I buy his hype and imagine he'd be worth twice that if he had SEC talent

Why UVA keeps London is a mystery to many. A lot of coaches who have better records than him, get fired. He is probably the highest paid coach in America per win.

He is one of the worst game day coaches in the country. He brought in Tom Obrien to help him on gameday. I think Obrien is retiring, thus London is now left on his own trying to coach/manage the game. I have always thought he'd be better if he would stop trying to be a referee also. He spends much of game hollering at officials.
I recall the last time I was at a UVA game. Morgan Moses took a cheap shot at a UNC player in middle of field. Flag flew and London went on field arguing the call, when it was plain a sday what happened.

Should I wait until Monday for the "I told you so" or just do it now?
Harbaugh was introduced today so I think now you can say it

There's some story on the front page of ESPN.com, but I can't seem to read it. Anyone want to tell me what it says?

:pbjtime

(I'm not even a Michigan fan, and think the B1G is a joke, but this is huge)

lots of people excited in ann arbaugh. players, fans, students. he hasn't been left a bare cupboard for his system and will get the best assisstants possible. there shouldn't be much excuse for Michigan to be relevant again. college football beat the nfl on this. the nfl beat writers and guys with "sources" were adamant this wouldn't happen a month ago and its been hilarious watching clayton and shefter turn tail and look like morons. "its for the money!..oh he's not be paid more??? uhhh he did it because no jobs were available!!...oh jobs were available? HEELLL BE BACK IN THE NFLL SSOOON AAAHHHHHH"

I think that is right. As a "Michigan Fan by Marriage" I am thrilled about this... as is my wife. Hopefully the MSU inlaws can be shut up for once.

I've heard that there's a wins based escalator in his contract that, going into the 2017 season, could bring the money up to what was being rumored. Of course, that may be media guys floating something to cover their backsides that can't be disproven.

I'm excited to see Michigan/OSU in a couple of years with Harbaugh and Meyer coaching. What Harbaugh did at Stanford was bordering on miraculous and he's got a much better starting point at UM. All he needs is a QB, and you know they'll come running, to get UM back to be an upper echelon team. It's good for college football to have a mix of traditional powers and up and coming programs battling it out and Harbaugh should help put one of the traditional powers back up top.
