Congrats to Stony Brook. Really didn't think they'd make it.

I guess they limited leagues to 3 teams. Thought for sure someone like NAU, Richmond, Eastern Kentucky, or UT-Martin would have gotten in, especially the first two.

A Big South team, Stony Brook, was selected as an at-large and will host the CAA auto qualifier, Villanova in the first round.

surprised the CAA only had 3 teams make it, but i do like the balance the committee did. Stonybrook was well deserving, and i think Coastal can win their first round matchup.

well i just got done agonizing for the last 3 and a half hours. Al Borges had some of the most awful play calling of the year the 2nd half. good season but also dissapointing for the wolverines. losing denard lost us nebraska and then other 3 losses to the top 3 teams in the nation.

looking good for next year with devin gardner at the helm. hopefully dg gets his redshirt and can play for us in 2014 as well.

ohio is going to be even tougher though.

One of the few times I have been able to say I am excited for Kentucky football. This along with the news that a lot of the government red tape hindering the development of Kentucky football is major news for the school and fans. The players, fans, and media all seem to believe this is an oustanding hire. I wasn't sure if the AD would be able to pull off a homerun hire, but he did it. I seriously doubt Stoops would take this job if the school hadn't made what he believed to be some sincere promises from the school and athletic department on major issues, so that's a very good sign.
