I forgot I didn't play last season. I'm going to need one of those spots if I'm going to commish - someone else that's already in A-League can commish if they'd like but otherwise, only one is moving up from B-League.

yeeeaaahh....i'm pretty sure not playing a year is grounds for demotion. if no-one eligible for A wants to commish, i can do it through yahoo. the old commish just needs to reboot the league and give me the power.
