San Jose, one of the few teams that needs to get its stadium situation fixed, got some great news Wednesday. The city council approved their Planned Development permit leaving a few minor details on the financing plan before they put a shovel in the ground. The club is hoping to have the new 18k facility (they currently play at Buck Shaw stadium capped at 10.5k) ready for the 2013 stadium.

This really leaves just DCUnited as the only team with a bad stadium deal and no imminent signs of getting their own stadium built.
EDIT: BTW, the coolest feature of the proposed SJ stadium has to be the field level suites. I would pay a significant amount of coin to have this experience once.
