If you want to talk ASUN smack or ramble ad nauseum about your favorite pro or major college teams, this is the place to let it rip.

Add Ryen Russillo to the list of know-it-alls spouting the same crap. "It happens all the time."

No Ryen, it doesn't, and a bunch of talking heads saying it does doesn't make it so. Pretty much every college and pro basketball game is on TV now. I would challenge anyone to come up with video of similar cases, where the out of bounds call was so obvious. Sure, you might find one or 2 more if you look long enough. That's not "all the time".

The head of tournament officials needs to address this very firmly with the media and make it clear that this is NOT how they do their job. If the ref missed the call, he missed the call. If he were to admit to intentionally calling it wrong so he didn't have to call a foul, he should be suspended.

This. The announcers, as it was happening, referred to it as "impossible" for all 3 guys to miss the call. It was the worst possible decision in the situation. You either deem the contact incidental and give UNCA the ball out of bounds OR you call the foul and put Cuse on the line. They chose neither and should not work any more games in the tournament.

John Adams, the NCAA supervisor of officials has made a statement. "It was either a foul, or the ball should have gone to UNCA, because it was clearly last touched by a Syracuse player." "He got it wrong."

I would certainly hope that all 3 officials were NOT watching this play. If they were they weren't doing their jobs. Why would the C know who knocked the ball out. The L would have an idea but probably was watching something more relevant.
