I think the Redskins case was decided more on a technicality - stating the plaintiffs waited years after the Redskins adopted their logo to file a grievance and therefore have no case. The plaintiffs apparently are prepared to present some people that were one or two years of age at the inception of the nickname and therefore could argue they could not have filed suit until they were of age. That appeal pends.
