A Sea Of Red

A tough schedule featuring two ACC and two Big East teams in addition to the Big 12's Kansas State, a west cost team in UC-Irvine, the MVC's Northern Iowa who beat Winthrop two years ago in the NCAA tourney and all the in-state CAA schools (ODU's vball program hasn't started yet), with only 9 home matches. Good news is LU beat NC State 3-1 in their last meeting back in 2004. Senior night will be against our toughest Big South opponent, Witnhrop. These Lady Flames will be tested early and often in their run for a second-straight title.

Lets see how they handle it. I think they will rise to the occasion with complete domination. UC-I & the Golden Dome Tourney will tell us where we are overall in the scale of teams we will see in the tourney.

I'm thinking at least 7 teams on the schedule will make the tourney. Will be nice to have head-to-heads with them to help our seeding.
